Denise, who hails from the vibrant island of Sicily, and Paolo, from the picturesque region of Abruzzo, first experienced the magic of artisanal gelato in their hometowns. Captivated by the rich flavors and the community’s love for this creamy delight, they spent years perfecting their craft under the guidance of renowned gelato masters.

Upon moving to Toronto, Denise and Paolo were determined to share their passion with their new community. They traveled back to Italy to source traditional recipes and the finest ingredients. Every ingredient tells a story of heritage and authenticity, from handpicked pistachios from Bronte to fresh lemons from the Amalfi Coast.
